Unable to load music library (FAIL READING FILE)

My first reaction is "NAS server". Is this by any change a computer running? If so, check if the passwords are set. I noticed when you don't set passwords, computers could see the files shared but some applications won't work with it.

Second thing is "Unable to load music library (FAIL READING FILE)". This looks to me like there is something wrong with the database entries. If you can see the files and play them without RadioDJ and just through WMP or any other player, i would thing of the database. RadioDJ needs it to run so when no entry can be seen, it won't play a thing. In this case, is the database online? Are the passwords correct? Is the database still working fine and if not, setup one of the backup's.
