IP CODEC SOFTWARE

Hello friends .
I'm looking for a software to install on the PC in my home and make radio for IP codec for pc studio

Coneco some ma expensive SSAO . Anyone know someone who has some free to do this function and to transmit stereo in ACC
grateful for tips and suggestions how to proceed

Can you tell why AAC stereo is important? Are you sending music over this connection to a remote transmitter? 

I have found where AAC is protected by patent and copyright. There is no free codec software that handles AAC because both a license and money are involved.

For sending remote MONO VOICE only, I have had good success with most VOIP schemes, especially LINPHONE and SOURCE CONNECT.  You may want to experiment with B.U.T.T., which encodes in the OGG format.

VoiceMeeter Banana supports uncompressed (like WAV format with 16-bit PCM coding at 48000 Hz) audio network broadcast and it is free (donation is recommended). It is called VBAN (VB-Audio Network) and it can stream audio between two computers running VoiceMeeter Banana or VBAN receiver.

Another option is open-source AOIP (Audio over IP Interoperability Engine), which is used by BBC.

already thanks for the reply .
Yes it is important to be in stereo acc or mp3 but in stereo as it is to avoid going to the studio and the issue out here at home and going only by the issuing computer it's time to do the program and is live program participation via phone with streaming there is a marked delay and listeners hear it later on F M .
have any other tips and suggestions?

the idea of this is to take the audio sound from my house to the studio without delay or no for interaction with listeners is not delayed in the hearing when the FM radio .
They told me I can do this via VPN and free but were unable to tell me how . It is no way for this and how to do ?
