Hi guys,

I need a little help.
We are using RadioDJ in a live studio environment. Some of the DJ's want to play music from their own USB-stick.
Is there an easy way to do this without letting the DJ importing the music first?

Thanks for your help.

I could be mistaken, but I think any file that you want to play in RDJ has to be imported first.., sorry...  :(

What he said^^

If you want DJ's to play tracks on the fly you'd be better off with a program like Mixx

RadioDJ can play tracks without importing them in Auxilliarry players. Just drag&drop a file in an aux player.
The search plugin also accepts dropping files but category, subcategory and genre must be selected before dropping a file, and the file will be imported.
I am, therefore I think.

I did not know this, nice to know though...
I didn't either, but then I did few quick tests and posted my findings. I always assume that I don't know everything about RadioDJ and then I test if my idea works.
