Stream Titles in Settings; new title "PSA" not showing

Hello!
Went to note pad in TRACK TYPES LIST and added a new Stream Title named Public Service Announcement = 15 . Saved note pad, closed the pad and closed RadioDJ. Opened RadioDJ, went to Options, Stream Titles and checked File Type Title; did not see my new title Public Service Announcement = 15. Not sure why? Have any ideas?
