I am also interested in this. I use Weather Watcher software that can convert the weather conditions, including temperature, to an XML file. Hope this will be able to work with this software.

I think it didn't work out with that plugin.
But we can use other software for this, right? Some weather services provide api access, or rss feeds. We need a program that will take weather data and will compile a playlist from proper mp3 files. Finely, radiodj will play the playlist in events.
Any ideas about how to develop a program like this?

Before, you need to create audio files without any sound. Just put the temperature as name of the file. Then, you can start the TTS plugin. So use the event to schedule the file with temperature for TTS can read.
