AAC and v1.8.2.0

I have v 1.8.20 and have been trying to get Alta cast to allow me to stream in AAC.  I have downloaded bass.acc.dll and put it into the bass plugins folder, but no AAC option. 

Any suggestions...

A******t isn't supported around here (due to it breaking DMCA rules)

You will have to find some other way of encoding in AAC
