Encoders

Hi all, i have a problem with encoders.. i create the folder "encoders" and put in a encoder found on internet (from this forum i haven't the permissions to download it) but still appear the message "no avable encoders" someone can help me?

encoders must be in RadioDJ\Plugins\encoders\
