MT128, Multi-Tracks Recording Solution
« on: April 28, 2017, 02:26:30 PM »
Just seen this piece of software being launched on Social Media from the guy who codes Voicemeeter

http://vb-audio.pagesperso-orange.fr/mt128/index.htm

I'm just posting this because I think most people could find it really useful for use in a studio etc..

I haven't had chance to test it myself yet.

Very interesting but it's probably way out of my price range.  Thank goodness they created Voicemeeter Banana for the rest of us.

Cheers

My Mistake DJGary as I didn't look further down the page as they do have a donationware version of MT32-SP-Lite, 32 Tracks Recorder and Jingle Machine to launch Sound on the fly and Record Live Music.   Very cool

Hi People,

I am looking for a solution that you all may be able to assist with....

I am looking for software/hardware solution that I can install in my engineering room that will vox record my djs and save the audio files in separate folders.
I have 4 stations currently that the brass would like to keep a running log on their live mic audio.  There are a couple of options that I have seen out there, but they do not list vox or separate folder storage.

Any Ideas?  Thank you all for your assistance in advance.

If you only want to record the vocals, you may want an app that will detect audio and record only when it detects signal. My Zoom H4n has something like that, but I never used it before. I'm sure you can find an app to do this as well. But if you want multi track recording, that's a different story.

I never had the need for anything like that, so I can only wish you good luck. Alternatively you may tell your "brass" that spying is not cool and that it can not be done. He's got ears and he can listen to the radio. :)

I believe you can do that in Audacity....
