If you are using WordPress, you can use our plugin to display the following section of your website without any coding:

  • Now Playing Info
  • Top Played Songs
  • Top Played Albums
  • Request Section

In order to work, this plugin must be able to establish a connection from your web host to your MySQL server. For this you must be sure that on your web server is opened the port used by your MySQL server (usually 3306). Most web hosts are blocking this port by default, but you can request to open it. Also if using any local firewall or a router with a firewall, you must open that port.

Another important step is to create a MySQL user that can be connected from other computers. By default root can be used only from localhost (127.0.0.1). I made a little screen cast that shows you how to create such a user.

The plugin can be downloaded from the download page and it comes with an installer and some administration settings you can customize:
