How to import Internet Streams In RadioDJ

If you need to play an internet stream (re-broadcast another internet station), you will need to import the stream first into RadioDJ.
To achieve this, go to Options – Track Import and select first the Track Type as Internet Stream. In the URL/Path add the URL to the internet stream in the format “https://ip:port” or “https://domain:port”, for example “https://80.86.106.35:9000”, which is a common format for shoutcast v1 servers, or “https://stream.profm.ro:8032/dancefm.mp3” which is used in shoutcast v2 and icecast servers. However most stations are publishing their live listen URL as playlists, for example “https://www.europafm.ro/live.m3u” which is supported only by the latest version of RadioDJ. If for some reason this kind of URL doesn’t work, save the playlist to your computer and open the .m3u or .pls file in notepad and you will see the server’s URL address in the formats i mentioned before.

After you import the stream you can use it as a regular track (add it to the playlists manually, or schedule it using events).
