TOH Event issue

I've created the Top of Hour event. No issue there. However, I have an ID play more often than not right after it that isn't scheduled anywhere near it. I've buffered the TOH with a few songs on either side, yet an ID plays right after the TOH. I'm befuddled.

I'm playing IDs and Promos as Commercials, as I don't want them running over the intros.

I'm doing an oldies format. Approx 21-22 songs per hour.


Sample:

Top of Hour (Event)
song 1
song 2
Station Promo
song 3
song 4
Artist sweep

etc etc. Always two songs, then an ID or promo.

Back of the hour is three songs in a row before the TOH event is to play. Again, no ID/promo scheduled near the TOH event, yet it plays right after more often than not.

I've tried to calculate the number of songs on average per hour. Should be 20-22.

Another question. Is there a time sync in RadioDJ?

Do you clear your playlist at the top of the hour?
