Newbie Difficulty

Hello,
I'm new and went through steps to install Radio Dj in March but didn't finish. Trying to finish install now. I'm at the point of Import Songs but Import Tab not showing up in Track Manager. Any idea what the problem may be?

Which version are you referring to?

What's the Operating system etc....
