Digital mixer plugin Vs DBX 286s

Hi All,

I am going to use a Behringer XR18 Digital Mixer for my station and was wondering if it is worth buying 2 x DBX 286s processors, The XR18 has many compressors, de-essers and other built in plugins that seem to replicate what a 286s does... is it worth buying 2 of them or a waste of money considering the abilities of the XR18.

To answer my own question, after testing and looking at the plugins built into the XR18 it's not worth buying 2 DBX 286s, all I would be doing is duplicating what I already have. That's £300 saved then.
