Opus 1.1 Beta

For those using opus, here is the latest from the git repos. It has a lot of tweaks and bug fixes. Picture support is the only new feature that has been added. It seems to run smoothly and use less CPU. I compiled it myself and have thoroughly tested it and it seems very stable. Sound seems very clean at 64Kbps.


I will look into adding picture support to the encoder at a later date, but in the meantime -
