Playlist don't load

Hello,
I acctually work in a radio who use RadioDJ, and there is a issue i can't resolve. When I load a playlist she start to load and everything disapeare et nothing start and go the the next event who don't load.

What playlist type? M3U, or database saved?
If it's a m3u playlist, with what software is generated?
