He's more than likely been conscripted by now men and boys were being dragged out of cars to be conscripted in the Ukrainian army according to news reports I've watched.

Not entirely true. Able bodied men between the ages of 18 and 60 and being stopped from leaving the country.

I've seen no signs of anyone being dragged off the street or out of cars.

At this point most men not already in the military have joined the Territorial Defense Force, and the TDF is now going guns and ammo to anyone that wants it
